SWIRE PROPERTIES

As part of Swire Properties’ longstanding commitment to placemaking in Starstreet Precinct, the Star Street Refuse Collection Point has a fresh new look, with a mural by local illustrator Isaac Spellman. Drawing on the neighbourhood’s stories, he’s transformed the building’s exterior with four looping scroll-like illustrations that connect its power station heritage with everyday life and the rich possibilities for its future.
